SUMMARY OF SERVICES:
EMPLOYEE SEARCH:
- Meet with client to define and prepare Job Description of open position.
- Place “Blind” ad in locations to generate maximum response.
- Provide client with continuous updates on progress of search.
- Directions will review resumes received to determine qualified applicants.
- Discuss leading candidates with client.
- Conduct reference checks, and provide client with written results.
- Conduct personal interviews at Directions’ office. (Provide written report to client.)
- Arrange candidate interviews with client.
- Prepare offer to final candidate, pending background check, drug test results, et al.
OUTSOURCE SERVICES:
Unfortunately, today’s economic climate requires that skilled employees occasionally must be laid off or released. Providing outsource services helps “soften the blow” for the employee and preserves positive relations. Outsourcing definitely improves the probability of future employment for the employee, thereby reducing unemployment rolls for the client.
- Client explains “company-paid” outsourcing services and provides business card.
- Directions will contact released employee(s). (List provided by client.)
- Offer/Provide resume services and employment counseling.
- Maintain contact with employee to advise of area job openings, help with interview questions, etc.
- Advise client of employee’s progress and/or job placement success.

- Review compliance with State and Federal regulations, which include:
- Hiring Practices
- Disciplinary Practices
- Employee Handbook
- Workers Compensation Procedures
- Personnel Files - Guidelines for inclusions, exclusions, filing, etc.
- Analyze/Suggest cost in improvements, including:
- Health Care Benefits
- Retirement Benefits
- Purchasing Policy and Procedures
